Projects belong to the workspace, so they stay when someone leaves. Business is $999 a month for up to 25 editors, 100,000 credits a month, 10 client workspaces with their own brand kits, priority rendering and white-label share pages. Enterprise starts around $10,000 a year and adds SSO, invoicing, an SLA and dedicated API capacity.

No. Viewers and commenters are free and unlimited on every plan, and there is no per-seat price. Each plan is a flat price that includes editors up to its cap: Team up to 10, Business up to 25, Enterprise as many as you need. Everyone inside a team workspace gets Max's limits, and the credit pool is shared.
